5-Day Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Clearance or final sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. If requested, submit photos of the item and packaging.

  4. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send any item back without receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will arrange or cover the return shipping where applicable.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
